DUTIES: Responsible Sr. Professional manages a group of several new, mid-cycle and carryover vehicle programs that are manufactured in North America and at Stellantis affiliate facility located outside of the North American region. Ensure key quality milestones/goals are met for all supplier components involved, and managing all aspects of the Advanced Supplier Quality functions as it pertains to FCA affiliate vehicle projects. Manage several programs and lead a group of program managers to work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Purchasing through the full life cycle of components, including early source package approvals, supplier eligibility, supplier selection, launch phase and into production. Manage the work of the SQ Program managers as well as work directly with Engineering, Manufacturing (ME), Supply Chain and Manufacturing Quality to ensure non-conforming parts are handled properly and follow Stellantis procedures and guidelines. Develop, present, and explain program status updates to senior leadership, manage multiple individual work teams, work globally, and are recognizes strong communicators. Lead the collection, coordination and presentation of program level status updates on Supplier Quality activities for designated programs; work with suppliers and Stellantis manufacturing plant personnel to manage the containment and root cause analysis studies being coordinated at the Stellantis manufacturing facility; educating Stellantis plant staff on Stellantis Supplier Quality systems as required. Manage Supplier Quality program reporting requirements for program reviews. Manage program
risk assessment (SPRE – Supplier Process Risk Evaluation – RPN (Risk Priority Number)) executive summaries. Manage the production part approval process (PPAP) for running changes as needed on current production programs. Facilitate the funding and deployment of safe launch strategies/problem resolution reviews and facilitate early sourcing process and supplier selection. Up to 20% domestic and 10% international travel is required.
