Job Description:
Uni-Craft Corp. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Professional to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role focuses on generating new business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering solutions that meet and exceed client needs with UCC’s product offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales, including experience with costing, problem-solving, and closing opportunities. You will be expected to identify customer challenges, ask the right questions, and propose solutions that maximize value while achieving measurable sales targets. In addition, you will coordinate and lead conference calls with internal teams to align strategies and close deals effectively.
A minimum of three years of relevant sales or industry experience is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are preferred. This role also requires regular travel to customer sites and industry events.
