About You
Basic Qualifications:
-
10+ years of professional services experience focusing on HCM, Payroll or Financial software applications in Cloud SaaS/ ERP environments.
-
5+ years of people leadership experience supporting direct reports.
-
3+ years of Healthcare industry experience.
-
Experience managing and developing engagement managers in a matrix environment supporting multiple concurrent customers.
-
Experience positioning and selling professional services while working with software sales teams
Other Qualifications:
-
Experience as an Executive Sponsor on project deployments
-
Experience successfully growing and managing a $30 million professional services organization.

Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete the project.
-
Ability to balance supporting their team and customer demands along with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.

Teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.

Excellent organizational, collaboration, mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed.

Ability and willingness to travel as needed – up to 50%.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $184,200 USD - $327,200 USD
