Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials, resources, and services that support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, vendor relations, and operational support, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase essential materials for business operations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Evaluate goods and services based on quality, price, and technical specifications
- Assist with estimating and scheduling project timelines
- Support resource management including personnel and budgets
- Process invoicing and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support internal teams
