Job Description:
The resource will act as a business analyst, with duties including serving as a liaison between the business partner and development teams, gathering requirements from the business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing required project documentation deliverables.

- 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users:
- identifying impacted business processes
- assessing business needs
- identifying IT solution integration.
- GAP analysis
- SWOT analysis
- 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:
- wireframes or screen mockups,
- context diagrams
- benefits realization
- business process models
- workflow diagrams
- traceability matrix
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:
- Daily Scrum
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospective
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
- 5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst on financial systems.
- Experience writing test plans and use cases.
- Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with State or Federal government.
