Job Description: Daily administration of the MBUSA Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures. The primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
•Validate order requests and related account information
•Prepare documents with accuracy
•Review program-related inquiries
•Resolve employee concerns/issues
•Provide Mercedes-Benz affiliate coordinator support
•Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required
•Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts
•Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments within MBFS/MBUSA
•Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact
•Phone Experience

Education: High School Diploma
Skills:1+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
