Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator. This role is responsible for configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform, managing service request workflows, and contributing to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) efforts while ensuring platform stability.
Job Duties
- Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and optimize end-to-end service request workflows
- Support and enhance functionality within the HRSD module
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with internal ITSM teams and external vendors to maintain performance
- Contribute to an ongoing ServiceNow instance consolidation project and platform enhancements
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration
- Proven expertise in configuring service request workflows
- Experience working within the HRSD module
- Proficiency in creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Strong production support and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership
