Part-Time Marketing Assistant
- 24-40 Hours per week | Monday - Friday
The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing department by helping manage brand initiatives, internal and external communications, and digital content. This role involves coordinating donations and sponsorships, writing and distributing monthly newsletters, developing and maintaining website content, and updating in-store signage and digital reader boards. The Marketing Assistant will organize and manage marketing materials, assist with scheduling campaigns, and ensure timely execution of various marketing projects. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms is essential, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and basic photo/video editing is a strong plus.
Marketing Assistant Qualifications/Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Marketing Department
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives
- Manage donations/sponsorships
- Develop and execute website content
- Write and send out monthly internal/external newsletters
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
- Organize and manage marketing collateral
- Create and manage digital reader boards
- Update in-store signage
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is a plus
- Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
