Role Summary: CMM / Laser Arm Programmer & Operator (Prototype Focused)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CMMs and Laser Arms to inspect and approve laser-cut prototype parts.

• Utilize PC-DMIS and PolyWorks software for inspection and reporting.

• Identify quality issues, document findings, and communicate necessary edits to the laser department.

• Collaborate with prototyping and production teams to ensure first-time quality.

• Work overtime and Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines.

Must-Haves:

• Experience with prototype inspection (not just production).

• Skilled in both CMM and Laser Arm operation.

• Proficient in PC-DMIS and PolyWorks.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Open to overtime/Saturday work as required.
