This role is ideal for someone who is not too junior but also not yet at a senior level-someone eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The position emphasizes infrastructure engineering, cloud systems, and automation, with a primary focus on Windows environments. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with organizational policies, industry best practices, and customer needs. * Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure applications. * Provide administration and troubleshooting for Windows-based environments; Linux exposure is a plus but not required. * Manage and support cloud environments, primarily Azure (AWS exposure is also valuable). * Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible. * Perform database management with a preference for SQL; exposure to Databricks is highly desirable. * Monitor systems, perform upgrades, and ensure security, stability, and performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project design, implementation, and testing. * Deliver excellent customer-facing support and communication. * Participate in an on-call rotation post-probation.
