CLASSIFICATION: 40 hours weekly / Non-exempt
SALARY RANGE: $18.47/hr - $24.01/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position functions independently performing such tasks as repairing and
maintaining Pathways’ structures and equipment, installing, maintaining, repairing and
inspecting mechanical and electrical equipment, and assisting in obtaining estimate on materials
and supplies needed for repairs. This position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and
upkeep. Travel to other locations may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED; Must have one to two years of related
experience in carpentry, climate control, electrical and plumbing trades. Must possess valid
Michigan Driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. This position requires a preemployment physical.
