Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation
The Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation is responsible for leading enterprise-scale change programs that evolve how Marketing operates, aligns, and innovates. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program leadership, and change enablement, helping to bring Marketing's Vision to life by turning intent into scalable execution.
This role designs and drives cross-functional transformation initiatives that creates structure where there is ambiguity, enables progress where there are blockers, and ensures alignment where coordination is complex. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Transformation focuses on orchestrating the people, processes, and programs required to shift how Marketing shows up, today and in the future.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage cross-functional transformation programs.
Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into action and alignment.
Facilitate clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams.
Build and maintain program frameworks, roadmaps, and engagement models.
Design and lead change management and stakeholder enablement efforts.
Drive integrated planning and OKR processes aligned to the Marketing vision.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Transformation Program Ownership
Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that modernize marketing's operating model and accelerate business outcomes. Define scope, outcomes, and execution pathways for enterprise level initiatives.
Illustrative Program: Al Transformation Program
Partner with marketing leadership to scale Al beyond experimentation.
Align stakeholders on priorities and use cases, drive clarity on ownership and outcomes.
Build structures and mechanisms for progress tracking, feedback, and iteration.
Act as a connective tissue across marketing functions, resolving blockers through influence and cross-functional coordination.
Illustrative Program: Marketing Vision
Drive the development and implementation of a unified, multi-year marketing vision in partnership with marketing leadership.
Translate the future-forward marketing vision into actionable frameworks to guide aligned OKRs, prioritization, engagement plans, and leadership enablement.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure consistency and relevance of vision driven initiatives.
2. Change Leadership & Engagement
Own end-to-end change planning across programs, including stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, and feedback loops.
Champion change by translating complex programs into clear, adoptable actions for diverse marketing teams.
Partner with digital, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure teams are equipped for Al and data-powered ways of working.
Design and drive structured engagement strategies (e.g., toolkits, communications, training) that shift mindsets and enable sustained adoption.
Ensure internal communications, rhythms, and leadership narratives reinforce transformation priorities and cultural alignment.
Build narratives that inspire buy-in and facilitate behavioral change at scale.
3. Strategic Planning & Operational Alignment
Create operating models and engagement rhythms that connect strategy to execution.
Partner across the Strategic Ops team and broader Marketing to embed structure, decision rights, and prioritization models.
Support goal setting, investment decisions, and planning through clear frameworks and connective processes.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Manager, Marketing Operations if your background includes:
Program & Strategic Operations Expertise: Proven ability to manage enterprise-level initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
Change Leadership: Skilled in engagement, enablement, and stakeholder alignment.
Systems-Level Thinking: Bring a holistic lens to complex challenges, connecting strategy, processes, teams and tools into cohesive systems. Able to synthesize inputs, identify
patterns, and recommend action.
Business Acumen: Understands how marketing creates business value and can connect transformation to outcomes.
Al & Digital Transformation Literacy: Demonstrates strong grasp of emerging digital capabilities and Al applications in marketing. Adept at translating experimentation into
strategic programs.
Bias for Clarity & Progress: Creates structure in ambiguity; makes momentum visible.
Cross-Functional Influence: Operates effectively without direct authority; known for clarity, coordination, and collaboration.
Communications & Framing: Strong storyteller; able to build alignment and drive action through clear narrative and design.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience and familiarity with marketing and process.
