Job Description\n\n Position Summary \n \nThe Primary functions of this role are to ensure accurate contract implementation, maintenance and renewals, and to support the Section Manager with monitoring daily activity for the Contract Admin Team as well as provide training, coaching and verification for Internal Sox Audits and External Audits. This position also aids the Senior Contract Compliance Analyst with the tracking and reporting of performance against contractual commitments for Device and Select Product contracts. \n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n \n \n * Works cross-functionally with Contract Marketing, Customer Care, Field Sales, and Sales Operations as needed to implement and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance to SOX guidelines. Amend contracts for Product adds and deletes. Extend contracts as requested by the Contract Analyst. Review Contracts in Model N after Contract Analyst has entered information into the system to ensure terms and conditions are loaded correctly prior to implementation. This includes all contracts except GPO. Update Trading Partners by sending out BID Awards to as requested. \n * Export and scrub the contract anniversary report and distribute to the Contract Admin team. Process assigned contract anniversaries within 120 days prior to anniversary month and send updated Price list to the AHS team for customer notification. Track team performance to ensure compliance with 120 day timeline. \n * Review and extend MedNet contracts prior to the last year of the contract term. Update Model N and notify Customer Service of extensions based on contract language. Assist the Software Billing Specialist and Accounts Receivable with necessary software contract billing concerns including other MedNet Contracts \n * Assist Section Manager with exporting and formatting US and Canada order hold report for direct orders, twice a day, and distribute to staff. Review assigned orders on "Price Variance", Model N "Price Not Found" and Model N "List Price Used" holds. Price and release orders once pricing is verified. \n * Review and process rebill requests after contract and pricing is validated per the Customer's request. This role will also be responsible for reviewing all price adjustment requests that are resubmitted for a second review. \n * Monitor and maintain the Excel files for the monthly TOP 5 Order Hold report \n * Monitor the Contract Mailbox on an hourly basis. Assist Section Manager assigning incoming requests in the Contract Admin mailbox. Flag all items per Contract Administrator. Route any questions or request to appropriate department or team. Ensure requesters understand the roadmap. \n * Assist Section Manager with Training/Mentoring new Contract Administrators \n * Provides internal and external Auditors with any requested spreadsheets/contracts/Oracle and Model N screen shots \n * Participates in Model N Upgrade testing \n * Participates in Smith Medical Integration project and testing as needed \n * Ensures on a regular basis that all job aids are current and up to date \n * Assists the Contract Compliance Analyst with quarterly or annual Device and Committed Volume Select Products compliance contracts, including analysis and processing of Compliance statements. Provide updated statements to the Field and Customer \n * Other duties as assigned by Section Manager \n * Customer Deactivations. Assist the Data Governance team in determining if old contracts exist and if new contracts need to be re-established in Model N based on the customer number change. \n * Maintain Contract log. Log all contracts/LOA/PO's coming in signed by the Customer and track all corrections and status of the contract. Assist the Section Manager with the maintenance of the Contract Log and follow up with contract analysts as needed. \n\nKnowledge & Skills\n \n \n * Individual should have a general understanding and previous experience of end-to-end commercial contracting operations management. \n * Individual should possess the ability to plan, organize and manage a variable workload and meet deadlines with accurate results \n * Works independently and takes initiative for extended periods of time requiring minimal supervision \n * Interact with multiple levels of management to resolve contract pricing or membership issues. \n * Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
