QUALIFICATIONS
In order to fulfill the job functions listed below an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing. Possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Experience in performing the assessment process (Preferred). Experience in computers (Preferred). Minimum of one-year experience in geriatrics (Preferred). Minimum of one-year experience in a supervisory capacity (Preferred). CPR Certification Comply with all Facility policies and procedures. Comply with all safety, standard precautions and infection control policies and procedures. Be responsible and supervise the safety of residents in the Facility. Present a friendly, calm, cooperative, positive manner. Arrive to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality. Obtain continuing education relating to the care of the geriatric resident and nursing education. Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Assume a position on Nursing Management On-Call Schedule Rotation. Is responsible to the Director of Nursing.
REQUIREMENTS

Obtain continuing education relating to the care of the geriatric resident and nursing education.
Maintain RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
Is responsible to the Director of Nursing.
