Calling all Social Media Content Creators with experience in video/photo/reel creation. Our commercial real estate client is looking for a content creator to join their team in an ongoing freelance capacity.
This freelance Content Creator role:
- Is hybrid & onsite at different locations in Metro Detroit
- Will begin by August 2025
- Requires up to 20 hours per week of availability
- Requires your own computer/equipment
The Content Creator will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Social team creating video, photo, and reel content for various social media platforms (primarily Instagram Reels & Tik Tok)
- Creating primarily video content for Instagram
- Working directly with the social team at various locations to create compelling content
The Content Creator must have:
- 2+ years experience in social content creation
- Experience with social media, passion for creating content, and an overall love for Detroit
- Familiarity with Premiere, ability to make minor adjustments to video content within the platform
- Copywriting experience would be preferred
- Portfolio showcasing viral videos, hype pieces, ability to follow trending ideas
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
