PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full-Time Experienced Electrical Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Electrical Technicians will build, rework, test, repair, and install wiring harnesses on vehicles and the bench. Electrical Technicians will follow instructions from blueprints, bill of materials (BOM), schematics, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). The role will follow procedures to set up and run quality checks on various wiring harnesses.
This Full Time Experienced Electrical Technicians position is based out of Livonia, MI. and offers an AM Day shift + possible Overtime! Candidates meeting the requirements for this Electrical Technicians position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift + possible Overtime available.
Shift Schedule:
- AM Day shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday + Overtime as needed)
- Must be available to work Overtime, as needed

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of electrical work experience
- Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of automotive systems and ability to crimp and solder wires
- Proficient with hand and power tools and able to operate vehicle lifts
- Proficient electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand electronic schematics and electronic part documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work overtime and weekends
Preferred:
- Certificate in Automotive Electrical Technology or related
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience installing components on circuit boards
- Experience with automotive powertrain systems or electric battery systems
- Broad knowledge of vehicle systems (powertrain, chassis, electrical, thermal, exteriors, interiors, etc.) and related components, component materials & fasteners
