DUTIES: Lead advanced UX/HMI related projects - defining, developing, implementing, executing, validating, and delivering new use cases, interaction concepts and functions in collaboration with Brand, Technology, Innovation, and Design colleagues. Act as in charge of planning and coordinating these advanced projects, ensuring that user needs, and business objectives are met; apply Ergonomic / Human Factors expertise to validate the concept / model prior to the development phase of the product lifecycle. Actively lead working groups, creativity sessions, expert evaluations, and orchestrating user tests. Work in close collaboration with a global, cross-functional team to deliver products with best-in-class user experience that is intuitive and a pleasure to use. Promote a user-centric approach by applying and strategically adapting UX (User experience) methodologies and tools to advanced development projects. Examine new uses, interaction designs and new UX at all touchpoints along the customer journey. Promote the user-centered design and apply UX methodologies in collaboration with regional colleagues, and experts globally, to validate and inform design decisions. Define and propose new HMI (Human Machine Interface) concepts and functions from a user-centric approach, by leading working groups, creativity sessions, expert evaluations, and orchestrating user tests. Define the structure and methodology of user testing for the specific projects developed to validate design solutions, ranging from expert evaluations to user test protocols. Analyze and interpret research and customer data to facilitate design recommendations. Specify the function, behavior and HMI of new features and concepts based on various inputs (Brand, Style, UX Design, and technical feasibility). Apply Ergonomic / Human Factors expertise to validate the concept / model prior to the development phase of the product lifecycle; document, communicate and present the concepts and results of Ergonomic / Human Factors / UX studies to stakeholders, with particular focus on the HMI recommendations.
