JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in managing Salesforce consulting engagements including full scale greenfield implementations.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM Analytics)
- 4-6+ years of management experience
- Hands on with Salesforce matching rules, validation rules, record types, flows, and Apex understanding.
- Strong integration & API expertise: Salesforce REST/Composite/Bulk v2, Platforms Events, CDC.
- Establishing robust data governance frameworks using validation rules, triggers, custom metadata, and automated audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in enterprise data.
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, SQL, and familiarity with Python for data audits.
- Proven root cause analysis on complex, cross system data issues.
- Excellent cross functional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project managers and vendors.
