What You’ll Do:
Operate and maintain a Binks Model #7 Cup Gun, #18 Pressure Pot Gun and a Mach I HVLP Gun.
Load and move materials to work area.
Fills containers with prescribed quantities of paint and thinner.
Applies masking to articles.
Installs specified nozzles in spray guns.
Replace screens and filters.
Cleans and prepares surface of articles to be painted.
Pushes painted articles to and from drying oven.
Cleans, spray, and drying chamber, conveyor, tanks, hoses, and nozzles.
Racks work pieces on conveyor; and inspects, marks, and transfers finished pieces to stockroom or shipping areas.
Positions articles in jigs or erects ladders and scaffolds.
Furnishes Spray Painter with materials, tools, and supplies.
Cleans work area.
Performs other routine duties.
