What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and
resource availability.
Monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
Manage distribution, collection and maintenance of shop floor routers to support job building and data collection
Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Communicate daily production priorities to floor supervisors and manufacturing teams.
Identify production capacity constraints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Maintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate scheduling, work orders, and material requirements.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and update stakeholders on status and any issues affecting production.
Generate and analyze production performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Participate in production meetings and provide scheduling updates and insights.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
