Job Details

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on metal fabrication experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. 
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes: cutting, forming, welding, machining and assembly. 
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fabrication equipment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. 
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. 
AWS or OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain). 
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. 
Experience working with steel and steel components.

Required: 
Driver’s License
Fabrication Supervisor experience with a minimum of 2 years 
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
