Responsible for providing high-level, strategic engagement and education on product, pricing, and solutions. They will create deeper partnerships with our key agents while delivering an enhanced level of solution-oriented education and consultative interactions at an agency level. This role will be dedicated to key agent partners in the Michigan business segment. * Provide support with the planning and execution of agent education summits and subsequent agency partnership meetings for identified key agencies. * Support Michigan business sales teams by providing key talking points post summit meetings and PowerPoint templates for partnership meetings. * Gather agency book of business data and curate Solution & Product marketing materials. * Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to help drive content delivery strategy for agents. * Collaborate with communications specialist to ensure content is being shared in newsletters, portal, alerts, etc. * Act as a liaison between agency partners and BCBSM, serving as a SME on new products and solutions. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree required. * A minimum of six (6) years experience in customer relations, agent relations, account management, or similar fields. * Valid Michigan Accident and Health Insurance License preferred. * Valid and unrestricted driver's license is required. * Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. * Ability to articulate BCBSM's value story in a clear and compelling manner including how products and services can contribute to agency strategy. * Experience with project management. * Ability to effectively collaborate across teams/stakeholders in the organization. * Ability to create high-quality presentation materials and communications. * Excellent speaking and presenting skills. * Understanding of insurance and benefits.
