Work Schedule: Part-time temporary position used fill a vacancy and to supplement and augment the regular NMU workforce; variable shifts/days/locations including weekends - primary shift is 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Salary: $17.42

Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties: Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: High School Graduation or Equivalent

Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
Required Minimum Work Experience: Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
Physical capability to perform all the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Ability to pass relevant oral, written, and/or performance testing.
