Design and develop cutting edge algorithms and software in support of wafer inspection/review and metrology systems. Write robust production quality code. Identify user needs and engage with marketing on product requirements. Own prototype to production to validation of new software or machine learning, deep learning and image processing algorithms. Employ various deep learning and machine learning deployment and bridge with conventional computer vision and image processing techniques. Apply image processing techniques to maximize signal to noise ratio. Improve systems, and find new and customized algorithm solutions through comprehensive data analysis. Develop end to end solutions that take into account the system, imaging pipeline, the user experience and the use case requirements. Work in a cross functional organization to resolve complex computing issues and drive systems integration of algorithms and codes. Apply advanced software engineering and computer/information research background to develop algorithms and codes. Salary range: $167,648 - $209,100
Minimum requirements: PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
