Materials Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting surgical instrument trays and sterile implants for accuracy and readiness.
- Restocking orthopedic surgical instruments and sterile implants in designated storage areas.
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and proprietary web-based software.
- Following safety, infection control, and operational protocols during handling and storage.
- Coordinating with warehouse and surgical support teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assisting in inventory tracking and cycle counts.
- Reporting damaged or missing items to supervisors promptly.
- Supporting both individual and team-based workflow requirements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and quality checks in material handling.
- Standing for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
- Using Microsoft Office and other web-based applications for recordkeeping.
- Understanding universal infection control precautions (training provided if needed).
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment while working independently when required.
