Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) + potential Friday overtime

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Shop Floor Manager to lead our production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management skills, a solid background in manufacturing, and the ability to drive performance through coaching, accountability, and lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support ~30 production employees across multiple shifts
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Drive accountability for production goals, quality standards, attendance, and behavior
- Collaborate with upper management to align production targets with company objectives
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency using lean and continuous improvement practices
- Communicate with raw material vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply
- Partner with customer service and sales to meet delivery expectations
- Conduct regular floor walks to identify and resolve issues in real time
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations

Knowledge Required
- Manufacturing operations, preferably in injection molding

- ERP or production tracking systems (preferred)
