This support position provides essential administrative support to the Auxiliary Services Department within the Administrative Services Division to the core areas of Mail Services, Print Services, Shipping & Receiving, Asset Management, Transportation & Fleet Services, Conference Services, and Contracted Food Services.
The Auxiliary Services support position provides support benefitting employees and students across the college, which includes extensive expert invoice, purchase, chargeback, and expense processing; large project management assistance; collaboration with internal departments; coordination of ordering supplies, services, and repairs for the department; and maintaining relationships with vendors to support key LCC services to provide integral support to all LCC campuses. Accuracy and attention to detail are key required skills.
This position also provides customer service for those calling Facilities and in-person walk-ins by issuing keys, card access, and parking permits. This support position requires an on-campus, in-person presence five days a week.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
