Agile Scrum Master Onsite in Sterling Heights, MI Estimated Pay Rate: $55-$70 per hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on LCAT, experience, education, certifications, and other factors (geographic location, etc.) Serve as the Scrum Master for a software development team, ensuring agile practices are followed, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, safety-critical software systems. Responsibilities: * Lead daily Team Sync meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Ensure the development team is following agile practices and Scrum framework * Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress * Assist the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring work is ready for planning * Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders * Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and quality Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance) * Experience working with software development teams * Proficient in using Jira/GitLab with the ability to interpret and act on Agile metrics * Experience refining technical requirements for development or proposal efforts * Program management experience related to schedule and timeline management * Familiarity with safety-critical systems/software standards (e.g., Mil-Std 882E, ISO 26262) * Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree in a related discipline * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) * Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and software release cycles * Familiarity with defense frameworks such as: * Ground Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA) * Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) * Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
