What You’ll Do:
* Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and effectively on commercial properties
* Identify plant health issues and recommend solutions
* Diagnose and treat pests, diseases, and stressors
* Drive a company vehicle to job sites and maintain accurate records
* Communicate with team leads to ensure quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
* Required MDARD Licenses: 3A, 3B, and 6 REQUIRED (Core; Right of Way and Tree Care preferred, pests & bugs a plus but not needed)
* Valid Driver’s License
* Chauffeur’s License or For Hire Endorsement
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on Plant Health Care experience
* DOT Medical Card preferred (must pass DOT physical and drug screening if not held)
* Strong knowledge of IPM, plant ID, pest/disease diagnosis, and proper chemical application techniques
Compensation starts at $18/hour and may increase based on experience and licensing.
