Summary:
This position will provide support to the Production Manager by coordinating inventory assignments and projects related to production and finished goods inventory, and help provide a smooth flow of materials throughout the process. This will include communication with internal customers and the ERP system team. This position will lead monthly inventory counts, assist in implementing a cycle counting process, production material flow improvements, and translate customer demands into a production schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical inventory counts, track and report inventory accuracy, and reconcile inventory issues daily.
- Perform semi and F/G inventory monitoring and inventory simulation for long term planning
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely.
- Introduce additional inventory tracking resources to drive continuous improvement
- Perform inventory transactions in ERP system to track inventory movement and increase accuracy.
- Production schedule monitoring, reporting daily (GMES, Factory Monitoring), and production data organization.
- Business and KPI planning documentation.
- Communicate issues with other Inventory Teams (local and worldwide locations).
- Work with Planning Team to review weekly production plans and communicate with other departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related program
- Bilingual speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Korean preferred, but not required.
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of related experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
