Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst. This role is responsible for pulling and manipulating data in Excel, optimizing reporting workflows, and supporting business decisions through accurate data analysis.
Job Duties
- Pull and manipulate large data sets for the service department
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
- Develop advanced Excel solutions, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA
- Integrate data across Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Utilize Microsoft Access for database design, query development, and report automation
- Optimize reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy
- Support business decision-making through insightful data analysis
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a Data Analyst
- Guidewire experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and VBA
- Experience with Microsoft Access (database design, queries, report automation)
- Strong reporting capabilities across Microsoft products
- Experience integrating and analyzing data across Microsoft platforms
