Seasonal Farmworkers – Ottawa and Muskegon Counties (10 Positions)
Botello Harvesting LLC is seeking 10 temporary farmworkers for the 2025–2026 season, from September 30, 2025, to May 30, 2026. Work will take place in Ottawa and Muskegon Counties and includes pruning, replanting, spraying, and greenhouse tasks such as potting, plant care, and planting. Workers must be able to repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday without impacting the productivity of others. A minimum of one month of verifiable experience in agricultural harvesting is required. The position guarantees at least 35 hours per week at a minimum wage of $18.15 per hour. Workers are guaranteed pay for at least three-quarters of the contract period. The employer provides all necessary tools at no cost. Transportation and subsistence costs will be reimbursed if the worker completes half of the employment period, and return transportation will be covered if the worker completes the full contract. Free housing is provided for workers who cannot reasonably return to their place of residence daily. If female workers are hired, separate sleeping, bathing, and toilet facilities will be provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Workers may be subject to random post-hire drug or alcohol testing at no cost to the employee. A positive result or failure to comply may lead to immediate termination. All testing, if required, will occur after hiring and before work begins. Standard work conditions apply.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers. Family housing is not available.
