Job Summary
InnovaTech Solutions - Advanced Materials is hiring an Electromechanical Assembler to support operations at the VTE facility in Pellston, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality parts based on detailed blueprints and specifications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and accuracy. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to assemble parts accurately.
- Track and document daily production using a production card.
- Ensure all parts are correctly labeled and match documentation.
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting and verifying assembled components.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Skills Needed
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.
- Teamwork and time management.
Knowledge Required
- Basic blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures.
- Awareness of safety practices in a warehouse or production setting.
Ability to Implement
- Apply blueprint knowledge to assemble components correctly.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues independently.
- Maintain consistent production output with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
