Job Description
InnovaTech Solutions - Advanced Materials is hiring a Molding Operator to support production at the VTE Facility in Pellston, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling parts from injection molding machines, inspecting them for quality, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
- Pull molded parts and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain daily production records using a production card.
- Ensure correct parts are packed and labeled according to documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Skills Needed
- Clear and effective communication.

- Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.

Knowledge Required
- Understanding of injection molding processes.
