Summary:
In this role, you will plan and execute efficient production flow for the company's goods, data, and information. This role is focused on designing models that optimize labor costs, production flow/volume, and efficiency and works closely with production team members and department managers to achieve results. In addition, this position is responsible for production-related audit (PLA) coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production results for timely updates and monitoring
- Record operational costs and provide reports
- Support plans to efficiently use plant staff and equipment to produce maximum revenue
- Support staffing requirements based on upcoming work and historical data on productivity
- Support current operational strategies and recommend improvements
- Oversee layered process audit (LPA) programs for multiple LG locations
- Schedule audit
- Author audit documents
- Manage users, update profiles
- Update schedules for missed audits
- Maintain location tables
- Maintain software and complete database entries, generating monthly and weekly reports
- Develop process-flow diagrams and training materials for team
- Develop automated workflows for robotic process automation (RPA)
- Participate in daily team meeting and project meetings as needed
- Develop software solutions (e.g., for project or inventory management) upon request
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout a project to ensure business needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT project management, engineering, or related field required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of related experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
