PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Experienced IT Specialists for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. IT Specialists will be responsible for setting up and maintaining servers, workstations and the network. Additional duties include monitoring for and troubleshooting potential issues with the environment and system patching. The IT Specialist will oversee and participate in all operational activities, including network system administration, capacity planning, network performance, data and network security as well as backup and restores. This position requires strong communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to be adaptable and troubleshoot problems. This Full Time Experienced IT Specialist position offers an AM Day and is based in Warren, MI. Shift:
- AM Day shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems
- S. Citizen allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience encompassing the following areas: LAN, WAN and Telecom
- Experience with capacity planning and performance monitoring techniques and tools
- Ability to solve complicated problems and deal with a variety of variable situations.
- Operating System Experience: Windows Server, Windows Desktop 10 and 11, Ubuntu, Debian
- Experience in the following solutions: Fog (imaging), Proxmox (Virtualization), Intune, Ceeph.io (storage), Ubiquiti Unifi, Jira, Confluence, FlexLM, Magic Draw, Bitbucket, Mac Radius, Sonar, Jenkins, Zabbix (network monitoring), Wazuh, RocketChat, OSticket, Gitlab, Endpoint Protector, Threatmod (cybersecurity monitoring)
Preferred Skills:
- 6 years of IT experience
- Experience in designing, planning, and installing network and server hardware
