The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our firm’s marketing efforts across all regions. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting business development, strengthening internal collaboration, and delivering measurable marketing impact aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution and thrives in a collaborative, multi-office environment.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing will provide strategic leadership of the Marketing department while serving as a leader and mentor for the marketing team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing marketing plans and goals for the department and ensuring effective execution of the plans
- Leading brand strategy and management
- Provide leadership, strategy and development of the proposal process and team
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Developing and overseeing digital and content marketing strategies.
- Fostering internal communication and collaboration.
- Utilizing technology (AI, software, etc.) to enhance processes, procedures and work product.
- Monitoring marketing trends and data, performance of initiatives, and providing insights to leadership.
- Lead the transformation of marketing strategy, operational structure, and campaign execution to drive greater efficiency and impact
- This is a hands-on leadership role that requires rolling up your sleeves, actively supporting day-to-day execution, and mentoring team members to foster growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, AEC, or Construction.
- Proven leadership experience with multi-location or multi-market teams.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity and innovation and a proactive mindset to exploring and applying AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage tactical execution and team development.
- Ability to travel occasionally for regional support and team integration.
