Quality Testing Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Testing Associate to join our team. Please review the role below to determine if you are a good fit:
Job Duties:
- Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, and finished products according to defined criteria, using standard physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements.
- Conduct and document procedure audits, using written procedures as audit standards.
- Accurately document the results of the inspections of purchased components.
- Coordinate the calibration of test equipment.
- Evaluate problems and make recommendations for possible corrective action.
- Develop a proactive testing procedure for all parts, both incoming, and outgoing.
- Develop and implement testing to determine root cause for process and product improvement.
- Manage testing and formalize test documentation.
- Provide technical expertise to various areas of the organization in a collaborative manner.
Knowledge and Skills
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years quality control and test lab experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, reports, and designs
- Ability to use various measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
