Pay Rates:
LPN:
Earn up to $40.95 per hour worked!
HOW IT WORKS:
$26.50 - 32.05/hour base pay
+ $3.40/hour worked Michigan Front Line Worker Pay through Sept. 30, 2025
+ $.50/hour worked Grandvue bonus through Dec. 31, 2025
+ $4.00/hour worked shift differential between 3pm-6pm
+ $4.50/hour worked shift differential between 6pm-12am
+ $5.00/hour worked shift differential between 12am-6am
Base pay rates commensurate with experience.
