Hiring a laser team member for our 1st shift and 3rd shift laser department. This person will help run production to ensure quality parts and on time delivery, with support and training from our laser lead and laser team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
· Operate press brakes
· Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
· Collaborate with the laser team to complete post cutting processes.
· Safely operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment as required.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Commitment to always maintaining a safe working environment.
· Able to take instruction from the laser lead and laser team and adhere to their processes.
· Must be able to work third shift, including 12 hour shifts when necessary.
