Simone Insurance, a proud division of Danielson Insurance, is hiring a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join their friendly and experienced team in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

- $26.00 – $30.00 per hour based on license and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO. As a Personal Lines Agent, you play a key role in supporting our clients and helping our office run smoothly. You’re often the first impression people get of who we are—and you make sure it’s a great one. In this role, you:
- Take service calls from existing clients and help with billing questions or policy updates.
- Create personal lines quotes using our comparative rating system.
- Process policy changes, review them for accuracy, and follow up with customers.
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and manage incoming calls.
- Handle data entry, mail, scanning, filing, and customer payments.
- Work closely with clients, potential customers, and the companies we represent.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR. Someone dependable, personable, and organized—someone who enjoys helping others and stays on top of the details. Ideally, we’re looking for:
- 5 or more years of insurance experience, or a strong background in customer service/administrative work is required.
- A current Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one. We will support you and pay exam fees to get you licensed if you aren’t already.).
- Strong communication skills—especially on the phone.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude throughout the day.
