Our client is seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in driving innovative projects and solutions. The qualified candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or civil engineering ,with expertise in advanced technologies such as quantum engineering. Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct research to advance product development and improve existing processes.
- Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into broader company initiatives.
- Manage the use of tools such as SolidWorks for design purposes and 3D scanners for precision measurements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantum Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 7+ years experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++ is highly desirable.
- Experience with data analysis techniques to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with laboratory environments and research methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams or projects is essential.
