Our mentoring, the regular exchange with your contacts in the functional departments and personnel development will support you in your long-term success * Coordination of concept, design, and release of components and modules within MAHLE * BOM management in SAP and coordination of packaging of products into customer vehicle environments. * Define thermal capacities and technical requirements for components and align with customer needs * Oversee product cost sensibility and sensitivity * Create and execute DVP&R * Coordinate efforts with other location for components and modules * Review and negotiate technical requirements with customers Your Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor Science in Engineering (BSME preferred) plus a minimum of 3 years experience in automotive product development preferred OR Master of Science in Engineering * Familiarity with heat exchanger (eg. evaporator, condenser, radiator, oil cooler, charge-air-cooler) manufacturing processes preferred * Knowledge of thermodynamics * Experience with stamping and brazing preferred * Basic knowledge in Project Management principles Application Process * First interviews: June 2025 * Assessment Center: July 2025 * Starting Date: October 2025 Our Offer We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
