Compensation: $27.49-$36.44. The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials.
Additional Compensation: $6,000 sign-on bonus. 25% premium, $4 shift differential for working 3rd shift. $6 shift differential for each hour worked on the weekend.

Mobile Crisis Response Clinician

We are seeking a Mobile Crisis Response Clinician
We are seeking applicants for a full-time master’s Level Mobile Crisis Response Clinician. The Mobile Crisis Response Clinician provides intervention services as a member of a community-based crisis response team serving clients and families in Kent County. The person in this role will complete psycho-social risk assessments in crisis situations, provides crisis intervention services, and coordinates services with police, courts, schools, and other community agencies.
This is a full-time role requiring four 10-hour shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am on a 2-week rotating schedule. The individual in this position will work every other weekend and holidays. There are no on-call duties. While the position is remote, this role will meet with clients in the community as part of their responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICIATIONS
- Master’s degree in social work or psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
- Limited or full licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three (3) months of hire.
- Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
- For Network180 Mobile Crisis Response Clinician positions: Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use..
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist.
- One year of experience in community-based crisis intervention.
- Specialized training and at least one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals.
- Three years of post-graduate experience.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
