Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting sourcing strategies and goals that align with broader business objectives.
- Leading cross-functional teams to create commodity plans, cost reduction strategies, and consolidation initiatives.
- Participating in supplier selection, contract strategy development, and negotiations.
- Managing supplier performance using scorecards and hosting regular business reviews.
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost control.
- Performing make vs. buy analysis and cost modeling.
- Supporting NPD and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensuring risk mitigation plans are in place for critical suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply management, strategic sourcing, and supplier development.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably Medical Devices.
- Knowledge of ISO13485, FDA QSR, and ISO9001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing/project management tools.
- Certifications such as APICS, ISM, or CSCMP are a plus.
- Master's degree preferred.
