Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment including conveyors, robots, forge presses, and machine automation systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment specifications.
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts safely and effectively.
Perform basic welding tasks using MIG and ARC welding techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety protocols and company procedures.
Required Skills and Education
Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
Strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certification or training in relevant technical fields preferred.
