Job Description Position Overview: Support daily operations and customer service efforts, including accounts receivable, energy service coordination, inventory management, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers. Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash, fuel logs, and contract oversight. Serve as a key liaison for regional drivers and external programs related to budget pay and financing, while ensuring timely and accurate communication of energy service information and appointment scheduling. Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: * Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, walk-ins, email, scanning, and mailed correspondence. * Communicate vital information professionally with managers, customers, site supervisors, and drivers; accurately dispatch fuel orders in a timely manner. * Oversee key accounts receivable operations. Demonstrate precision in accounting practices, detail-oriented, well-organized and consistently accurate. Proficient in calculating financial and mathematical figures with accuracy. * Foster a positive and professional work environment through reliable attendance, strong operations knowledge, and supportive teamwork. * Provide full administrative support for facility operations, equipment, inventory records, and regulatory inspections. * Execute duties independently and in full compliance with safety protocols and environmental stewardship regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong verbal, and written, communication skills. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily - especially Excel - alongside Keystone Cooperative software and various energy-specific applications * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver accurate, error-free work within strict deadlines * Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong analytical skills * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, making sound decisions while contributing effectively to team goals Education and Experience: * High school diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
