Surface Care Technician
Starting Pay: $15–$25/hour (based on experience and performance)
Location: Livonia, MI
We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our service team. If you’re eager to learn a skilled trade and take pride in creating visible transformations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Operate floor and hand machines to clean and restore surfaces

Polish concrete and natural stone
-
Apply MARBLELIFE's exclusive surface treatments: EnduraCrete, EnduraChip, ColorSEAL, TileLOK, and more

Deliver outstanding customer experiences
Pay Growth:

Start at $15/hour
-
Graduate trainees earn $17/hour after training (~30 days)

Earn $20–$25/hour within 6 months based on skill and productivity

Commission and performance bonuses available

Automatic pay adjustments with inflation
Sales Associate
Compensation: Base + Commission (Unlimited earning potential)
Location: Livonia, MI
Sales Associates enjoy a mix of inbound residential leads and outbound commercial prospecting. If you're persuasive, goal-oriented, and great with people — this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:

Visit residential leads and provide quotes

Cold call and pitch services to commercial clients (e.g., hotels, offices)

Measure and assess surfaces

Close deals and earn commissions (including 5% on national accounts!)

Able to lift 90+ lbs. of equipment
