Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and results-oriented Site Manager for our Trailside
location. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing a
vibrant center designed to meet the diverse social, recreational, educational, and
nutritional needs of our participants, primarily older adults. If you have a passion for

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: High School Diploma (Required). Associate’s, bachelor’s degree, and/or
equivalent work experience Preferred education or course work related to Activities
Professional, Program Manager, Adult Education, or Creative Arts (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-year supervisory experience is required. Must have knowledge and
skills working with the older adult population. Experience with development, implementation
and coordination of programs preferred.

• Communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
• CRM experience, Salesforce software experience
• Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic Life Support / CPR certification or willing to obtain
• Basic Food Safety / ServSafe Food Handler certification or willing to obtain
