About the Role:
- As a Line Striping team member, you'll be a vital part of our team, assisting with a wide range of tasks, including parking lot layout, striping, installing signs, and operating basic equipment.
- You'll be expected to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience in a hands-on environment, and contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Construction/Project Tasks:
- Loading and unloading paint materials and equipment
- Operating Graco paint machines as well as paint shakers.
- Assisting with ADA Compliant layouts in parking lots
- General Labor Tasks:
- Performing manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Cleaning up debris and trash from work areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Required good driving record Chauffeurs license a plus
- Previous experience in Line Striping preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of reading blueprints
Compensation:
- Pay range $20-$25 per hour based on experience.
